3M™ Polyimide Film Tape 5413 consists of a DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film with a silicone adhesive. It is designed for high-temperature applications such as PCB solder masking and protecting gold fingers during wave soldering. The tape is dimensionally stable, flame retardant, and chemical resistant. It features an amber color and a silicone adhesive that minimizes adhesive transfer to eliminate the need for cleaning.
