3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The adhesive matrix is filled with silver particles that enable electrical interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while maintaining electrical insulation in the plane of the adhesive (X,Y-axis). It is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and bonding flexible circuits to various substrates without the need for thermal curing.
