3M™ Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure sensitive adhesive transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. It is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) between substrates while remaining insulating in the XY plane. It features low-outgassing properties suitable for aerospace and defense, high solvent resistance, and adhesion to variety of substrates including FR-4, polyimide, and aluminum. It does not require thermal curing for bonding.
