Passive extruded aluminum heat sink featuring longitudinal fins for efficient thermal management. Designed for half brick packages, this heatsink offers a thermal resistance of 1.3°C/W at 100 LFM forced air flow. Its gold anodized finish provides corrosion resistance, and it is RoHS compliant. Mounting options include bolt and push pin configurations.
