The XA7S50-1CSGA324I is an automotive-grade Spartan-7 Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) designed for high-performance programmable logic applications. It features 52,160 logic cells, 4,075 CLBs, and 2,700 Kb of internal block RAM. It is built on a 28nm process technology to provide a balance of low power consumption and high-speed performance in a compact 324-pin Chip Scale Group Array package.
