Quad transmitter bus transceiver for RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces. Features a 10Mbps maximum data rate and supports multidrop/multipoint data transmission. Operates from a single 5V supply (4.75V to 5.25V) with a maximum supply current of 0.2mA. This 16-pin PDIP N package is designed for through-hole mounting, offering 1 driver per line at RS-422 and up to 32 drivers per line at RS-485. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
