High-speed low-dropout positive voltage regulator provides a fixed 2.5 V output version within the AP1231 family. The CMOS LDO supports up to 300 mA output current, typical 300 mV dropout at 100 mA for the 3.0 V variant, and 70 dB ripple rejection at 10 kHz. Typical supply current is 20 µA, and CE shutdown reduces standby current to less than 0.1 µA. Protection functions include an internal current limiter and short-circuit protection in a SOT-25 package.
