
EtherCAT digital input terminal acquires eight binary 24 V DC control signals and transmits them electrically isolated to the automation system. The terminal supports EN 61131-2 type 1/3 inputs with a typical 10 µs input filter for fast signals. It draws typically 90 mA from the E-bus, provides 500 V isolation between E-bus and field potential, and operates from -25 °C to +60 °C in an IP20 installation.
