General purpose optocoupler featuring 3-element, logic IC output. Offers 2.5kV isolation voltage and a 15Mbps data rate. Designed for surface mount with a SOIC package and tin, matte contact plating. Operates bidirectionally with a forward current of 15mA and provides 50mA output current per channel. Includes a 100ns propagation delay and 100ns turn-on delay time, with a maximum operating temperature of 100°C.
