General purpose optocoupler featuring 3750V isolation and a 1-element, logic IC output. This unidirectional optocoupler supports a 5Mbps data rate with a 300ns propagation delay and 300ns turn-on delay. Designed for through-hole mounting in a PDIP package, it operates from -40°C to 85°C with a 10mA forward current and 25mA output current. The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
