General purpose optocoupler featuring 3750V isolation and a 1-element, logic IC output. This unidirectional device supports a 5Mbps data rate with a 15ns fall time and 300ns propagation delay. Housed in a through-hole PDIP package, it operates from -40°C to 85°C with a 10mA forward current and 25mA output current. The 3-state output and 210mW power dissipation make it suitable for various isolation applications.
