High-speed, logic-output optocoupler featuring an open-collector output and DC input. This uni-directional, inverting component offers 3750 Vrms isolation and operates with a maximum data rate of 10MBd. The 8-pin PDIP package is designed for through-hole mounting with a 2.54mm pin pitch. It supports a maximum forward current of 20 mA and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
