HCPL-5300

Hermetically sealed, through-hole mounted optocoupler featuring a logic IC output and unidirectional signal transfer. This 1-element component provides 1500V isolation, a 2Mbps data rate, and a 90% current transfer ratio. Operating across a -55°C to 125°C temperature range, it handles a 20mA input current and delivers up to 15mA output current. The CDIP package offers a 750ns propagation delay and 145mW power dissipation.
