The PS2505-4 is a general purpose optocoupler with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 300mV and a collector emitter voltage of 80V. It has a current transfer ratio of 600% and a forward current of 80mA. The device is designed for use in AC input applications and features an isolation voltage of 5kV. The PS2505-4 operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 100°C and is available in a PDIP-16 package with a through hole mount. It is not RoHS compliant.
