Overview

This document details the ADP1047-300-EVALZ evaluation kit, a 300W boost Power Factor Correction (PFC) reference design. The system utilizes the ADP1047 digital PFC controller to convert AC input ranging from 85 VRMS to 265 VRMS to a regulated 385V DC output. The design achieves near-unity power factor and high efficiency (95%) while offering programmable digital filters, inrush current control, and integrated AC power metering.
