This hardware manual provides technical specifications and interfacing details for the PD57/60/86-x-1260 series of PANdrive mechatronic solutions. These systems integrate a NEMA23, NEMA24, or NEMA34 stepper motor with a TMCM-1260 controller/driver and a sensOstep magnetic encoder for step-loss detection. The series supports supply voltages from +12V to +54V DC and provides motor currents up to 5.5A RMS with holding torques ranging from 0.55Nm to 7.0Nm. Key features include stealthChop for silent operation, spreadCycle dynamic current control, and sixPoint ramp generation. Communication is supported via RS485, CAN (TMCL or CANopen), and USB 2.0 interfaces. The units also include general-purpose I/O, analog inputs, and support for external incremental encoders.
