Overview

This document provides a technical overview and hardware guide for the EZ-USB FX10 DVK (KIT_FX10_FMC_001). The kit is built around the Infineon CYUSB4014-BZXI USB 3.2 Gen 2X1 peripheral controller, designed for high-speed data acquisition and streaming between LVDS and USB 10 Gbps ports. The board includes dual Arm Cortex-M4 and M0+ cores, 1 MB of dedicated SRAM for data buffering, and dual QSPI flash memory (S25FS256S). Key hardware interfaces featured are a High Pin Count (HPC) FMC connector for FPGA add-on boards, USB-C connectors for SuperSpeed and Full-Speed debugging, and onboard voltage regulation via the IR3883MTRPBF.
