Overview

This document describes the DC782 demonstration circuit, which facilitates the evaluation of a family of high-speed, high dynamic range 10, 12, and 14-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The board supports sample rates from 10 MSPS to 125 MSPS across various models, including the LTC2249, LTC2229, and LTC2255. It provides detailed setup instructions, jumper configurations, and performance summaries. The guide also outlines analog front-end circuit optimizations for specific input frequency ranges: below 70 MHz, 70 MHz to 170 MHz, and 170 MHz to 300 MHz. Users can interface the DC782 with data acquisition systems like the DC718 for signal analysis via PScope software.
