It operates from an 8 V to 32 V supply range and includes temperature, supply-voltage, high-current, and overload protection. The 48-lead QFN package measures 7.0 mm by 7.0 mm by 0.9 mm with a 0.5 mm pitch, and the operating temperature range is -40 °C to +80 °C.
