This Everlight LED is a single-element, surface-mount device with a diffused, colorless, circular lens. It operates at a forward current of 20mA and emits a luminous intensity of 103mcd. The LED is packaged in a RoHS compliant, SMD package with a 3-pin configuration. It is available on tape and reel for surface mount applications. The LED is not radiation hardened and is suitable for use in a variety of optoelectronic applications.
