
General purpose transistor output optocoupler featuring 5000V isolation and a 1-element, NPN transistor output. This surface mount device offers a 260% current transfer ratio, 80V collector-emitter breakdown voltage, and 50mA maximum collector current. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 110°C, it supports up to 60mA forward current and has a maximum power dissipation of 250mW. VDE approved and RoHS compliant, it is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
