LIN system basis chip integrates an SPI-controlled SBC, a LIN transceiver, a 5.0 V low-dropout regulator, diagnostics, and a configurable watchdog. The LIN interface supports LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, and SAE J2602-2 operation with wave shaping and data rates up to 100 kbps. Two high-side switches provide 50 mA to 60 mA drive capability with optional PWM control, and one high-voltage analog or logic input supports wake-up and contact monitoring. The device operates from a 5.5 V to 18 V nominal supply, remains functional up to 27 V, and supports the 33910 temperature range from -40 °C to 125 °C in a 32-pin LQFP Pb-free package.
