The TINY-RAM is a file system designed for use in military and aerospace applications, compatible with the STR9xx chipset and the CortexR4F ARM core. It requires 10kB of ROM and less than 1kB of RAM. The software is written in C and has a code size of under 24KB. The TINY-RAM is available for single-use licensing and is currently in production.
