The OPTO-150 is a miniature, 15kV rated high voltage optocoupler that integrates low voltage LED drivers with high voltage photo detector diodes. It is designed to provide circuit isolation in a compact, encapsulated package without the need for external components. The device features internal current limiting resistors and is suitable for high-voltage switching, isolation, external voltage sensing, and mass spectrometry applications.
