PSOC 61 microcontrollers combine a 150 MHz Arm Cortex-M4F application core with a reserved Cortex-M0+ system core. The product line provides 256 KB of application flash, 32 KB of supervisory flash, and 128 KB of SRAM with low-power 1.7 V to 3.6 V operation. Integrated peripherals include QSPI/SMIF, USB full-speed device, CAN FD, serial communication blocks, timers, programmable analog, CAPSENSE, and segment LCD drive. The family is offered in 80-pin TQFP, 64-pin E-TQFP, and 68-pin QFN packages with industrial and extended-industrial temperature options.
