Bluetooth Low Energy wireless module integrates a CYW20737 device, crystal oscillator, passive components, trace antenna, and 128 KB serial flash memory. The module supports Bluetooth LE 5.2 single-mode operation with GAP Central, Peripheral, Observer, and Broadcaster roles. It operates from a 2.30 V to 3.63 V supply across a -30 °C to +85 °C ambient temperature range. Interfaces include UART, SPI, I2C, up to 14 GPIOs, a 10-bit effective ADC, and four PWM blocks. The 31-pad SMT module is supplied on tape and reel and is RoHS and halogen-free compliant.
