Automotive microcontroller family targets high-end body-control, zone-control, infotainment, and lighting applications. The device family integrates single or dual Arm Cortex-M7F processing with an Arm Cortex-M0+ core for peripheral and security processing. Embedded interfaces include CAN FD, LIN-UART, eMMC, serial memory, 10Base-T1S, Gigabit Ethernet, FlexRay, and I2S/TDM. The family supports 2.7 V to 5.5 V operation, ASIL-B functional-safety support, HSM and eSHE security, and ambient operation from -40 °C to 125 °C.
