The LR(F)2512 family uses thick-film construction on a 96% alumina substrate with plated copper wraparound terminations. It is rated for 2 W at 70 °C and derates to zero power at 150 °C. The device supports reflow or wave solder mounting and uses flip-chip construction for resistance values at or below 25 mΩ.
