Bi-Color Blue/Green Chip LED for surface mount applications. Features a 4-pin configuration with a compact 1.25mm x 2mm x 0.15mm package. Emits blue light at 460nm and green light at 574nm, with luminous intensity of 80mcd (blue) and 50mcd (green). Operates with a maximum forward current of 30mA and forward voltage of 4V (blue) / 2.5V (green). Offers a wide 120° viewing angle and a colorless, non-diffused rectangular lens. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
