The MAVR-000120-14110P is a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) hyperabrupt varactor diode designed for use in voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) where a constant gamma of 1.0 and high quality factor (Q) are required. Fabricated on OMCVD epitaxial wafers, the device features high uniformity and extremely low parasitics. It is fully passivated with silicon nitride and includes an additional polyimide layer for scratch protection, making it suitable for automated pick and place assembly.
