The MMC5603NJ is a monolithic 3-axis AMR magnetic sensor with on-chip signal processing and integrated digital bus featuring I2C fast mode and I3C interfaces. It measures magnetic fields within a full-scale range of ±30 Gauss with up to 20-bit resolution and 0.0625mG per LSB resolution. The device includes a built-in SET/RESET function for degaussing and eliminating thermal variation induced offset error, and an on-chip temperature sensor.
