The 1N6508 is an 8-channel diode array with a minimum breakdown voltage of 60V and a maximum forward current of 300mA. It is packaged in a CDIP case and features tin and lead contact plating. The device is rated for operation between -65°C and 150°C. It is not RoHS compliant and does not provide power line protection.
