The LC11 is a unidirectional Zener diode with a minimum breakdown voltage of 12.2V. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and features a maximum reverse leakage current of 10uA. The diode is available in a DO-13 package and is suitable for through hole mounting. With a peak pulse current of 74A and a peak pulse power of 1.5kW, the LC11 is designed to handle high power applications.
