The MSKD60-16 is a 60A rectifier diode with a D-case package, suitable for operating temperatures between -40°C and 150°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1.6kV and a peak non-repetitive surge current of 1.15kA. This diode is designed for chassis mount applications using a screw mount. Note that it is not radiation hardened and is not RoHS compliant.
