Synchronous step-down converter integrates internal power MOSFETs for compact low-voltage DC-DC conversion. The device delivers up to 1A of continuous output current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input supply. Its adjustable positive output can regulate down to 0.6V using constant-on-time control. Soft-start and power-good functions are included, and the device is supplied in an ultra-small SOT-583 package.
