The MPM3632CGQV-P is a step-down (buck) regulator module that integrates synchronous rectifying MOSFETs, an inductor, and three capacitors. It operates from a 4V to 18V input, provides 3A continuous output current, and offers an adjustable output from 0.8V to 5.5V. The device switches at a fixed 3MHz and uses constant-on-time (COT) control for fast transient response. Protection features include output over-voltage protection (OVP), over-current protection (OCP) with hiccup, thermal shutdown, and a power-good (PG) indicator. It operates in forced CCM for low output ripple and is available in a QFN-20 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm package.
