The MPM3650 is a fully integrated, high-frequency, synchronous rectified, step-down power module with an internal inductor. It provides a compact solution for achieving 5A of continuous output current over a wide input voltage range of 2.75V to 17V with excellent load and line regulation. The device features Constant-On-Time (COT) control for fast transient response and easy loop design, alongside full protection features including short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown.
