The MPQ7200 is a high-frequency, constant-current, synchronous buck-boost LED driver with integrated power MOSFETs. It offers a compact solution that can achieve up to 1.2A of continuous output current in buck-boost mode and up to 3A in buck mode across a wide input voltage range. It features constant-frequency hysteretic control for fast transient response, spread spectrum for reduced EMI, and protection features including OCP, OVP, and thermal shutdown.
