Housed in a 2-pin ceramic surface mount device (CSMD) package, it measures 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 1.88mm and operates from -40°C to 110°C. Designed for surface mounting, it supports a maximum forward current of 1500mA and a maximum forward voltage of 3.5V.
