High-brightness, high-power tri-color chip LED emitter featuring a 6-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package. This LED offers independent control of Blue (465nm), Green (523nm), and Red (632nm) light emission, with maximum intensities of 4000mcd, 14000mcd, and 8000mcd respectively. The diffused, rectangular lens provides a wide 120° viewing angle, and the ceramic package measures 4.7mm (L) x 3.3mm (W) x 1.05mm (H) with a 1.55mm pin pitch. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C, this component supports a maximum forward current of 250mA and forward voltages of 4.1V (Blue/Green) and 2.65V (Red).
