The EX-F62 is a chemical-resistant leak detection sensor designed to reliably identify small leaks of acids and ammonia, such as Sulfuric, Hydrochloric, and Phosphoric acids. It utilizes the effect of capillarity for detection via an infrared LED sensing source. The sensor features a PFA enclosure for high chemical resistance and includes a PVC mounting bracket. It operates on a 12 to 24V DC supply and provides an NPN open-collector transistor output that is ON in a normal state and OFF when a leak is detected or if improperly mounted.
