
SID1132KQ is a single-channel IGBT and MOSFET gate driver in the SCALE-iDriver SID11x2K family with reinforced galvanic isolation based on FluxLink technology. It provides 2.5 A peak gate drive for power switches up to 1200 V and supports switching frequencies up to 250 kHz with typical 260 ns propagation delay. Integrated UVLO, DESAT short-circuit protection, and advanced soft shut down improve fault handling during abnormal operation. The device operates from -40 °C to 125 °C and is housed in an eSOP-R16B package with 9.5 mm creepage and clearance.
