
This device is a single-channel isolated gate driver for IGBTs and MOSFETs in automotive and other high-reliability power applications. It provides up to 8 A peak drive capability, supports switches up to 1200 V blocking voltage, and is specified for switching frequencies up to 75 kHz. Reinforced galvanic isolation is implemented with FluxLink technology in an eSOP-R16B package with 9.5 mm creepage and clearance. Protection features include primary- and secondary-side UVLO, DESAT short-circuit protection, and Advanced Soft Shut Down. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified to automotive grade 1, operates from -40 °C to 125 °C ambient, and is halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
