The QPC2320SR is a high-linearity, general-purpose RF amplifier IC designed as an easily cascadable 75 ohm gain block. It is manufactured on a Gallium Arsenide process and features a gain flatness better than 0.5 dB from 5 MHz to 1000 MHz. The device is self-contained with 75 ohm input and output impedances, providing 2:1 VSWR matching. It is optimized for cable TV distribution and IF/RF amplification in wireless voice and data communication products.
