The QPC2320 is a high power, low loss Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) switch designed for use in wireless infrastructure, cellular modems, and general-purpose switching applications. It features high linearity and high power handling capability across a broad frequency range from 5 MHz to 6.0 GHz. The device is controlled by a 1.8V logic compatible interface and does not require external DC blocking capacitors when no external DC is present on the RF ports.
