The QPC2420 is a 75 Ohm Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) Single-Pole Four-Throw (SP4T) switch designed for use in CATV, satellite set-top box, and other 75 Ohm systems. It features high isolation, low insertion loss, and high linearity, making it suitable for high-performance applications from 5 MHz to 1218 MHz. The device is controlled by a 2-bit logic interface and operates from a single positive supply.
