High isolation voltage Darlington output photocoupler featuring a 5kV isolation rating. This general-purpose optocoupler offers a 40V collector-emitter voltage and a nominal current transfer ratio of 2000%. With a maximum forward current of 80mA and a fall time of 100µs, it operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 100°C. The device is UL recognized, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, with a power dissipation of 350mW.
