This high-brightness, non-diffused rectangular lens LED is housed in a 2-pin SMD package (1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.55mm) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. Designed for top-mount PCB applications, it operates with a maximum forward current of 20mA and a maximum forward voltage of 4V, with a reverse voltage rating of 5V. The plastic package is suitable for operating temperatures from -30°C to 85°C.
