The SI32261-C-FM is a dual UART bridge with a 64-byte FIFO and 33 Mbps SPI interface. It is packaged in a QFN EP package and is suitable for surface mount applications. The device operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and is powered by a 3.3V supply voltage. The SI32261-C-FM is not radiation hardened and is not RoHS compliant.
