The SI8660BB-B-IS1R is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator designed for high-speed, low-power applications. Utilizing proprietary capacitive-coupling technology, it provides an isolation rating of 2.5 kVrms and supports data rates up to 150 Mbps. The device features six forward-direction channels and zero reverse channels, making it ideal for unidirectional data isolation. It offers high noise immunity with a minimum Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 35 kV/µs and low propagation delay of 13 ns maximum. It operates from a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and is housed in a 16-pin narrow-body SOIC package.
